Overview
I set up on my own in March 2017 having set up and achieved certification in 9001, 14001 and FSC in my last company I'd been employed for 30 years in a variety of manufacturing, logistics and warehousing organisations such as William baird, bOC, Amazon, Kelvin and Excel and in a variety of roles such as Factory Management, Operations Management, HR and Project Management. I've an Honours business Studies degree as well as Diploma in HR , Nebosh certificate , 9001 and 14001 Lead Auditor qualifications as well as FSC and PEFC Since taking the plunge into consultancy self employment, I've audited - amongst others - in wood manufacturers, steel fabricators, property maintenance and IT support services, whilst also implementing QMS and EMS into - amongst others - a construction company, kitchen manufacturer, stairlift supplier and chartered surveyors. Whether for Transition or brand new implementation, I'll coach you through the process in a calm, methodical way until such times as your business and your staff are ready to run with it unaided.
