Account Executive

 The Account Executive role holds responsibility for renewing the membership of the Safe Contractor customer base products via telephone, e-mail and web chat. 

What that means day to day

On a day-to-day basis, the Account Executive will consult with customers predominantly over the phone, both inbound and outbound to existing contractors to renew their membership of the Safe Contractor scheme. You will encourage customers to purchase additional Safe Contractor and Alcumus products after establishing their needs and take a consultative approach to overcome any concerns they may have. 


You will ensure that the CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the contractor as well as recommending new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a high conversion rate of contractors renewing the scheme is attained. 


The Account Executive is responsible for responding effectively to contractor queries regarding membership, including basic Health & Safety requirements and membership features & benefits. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for creating a productivity plan to ensure weekly milestones are set and achieve individual and team KPIs.
