We have a really exciting opportunity for someone to join our Central Finance team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to kick start their career in finance and understand how a Global business operates. 

The Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for ensuring payments are received for services we have provided and logging the transactions accordingly. The role will provide support our two divisions and work with key stakeholders. You will focus on achieving operational excellence providing excellent customer service to all customers.

What that means day to day

Based in our Head Office, Nantgarw, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparation and sending out of invoices and credit notes and then contacting clients for payment resolution whilst delivering excellent service. You will liaise with wider teams within the department to assist in producing reports and managing the department inbox.

What you’ll need to be successful

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, verbal and written skills to allow you to liaise with our clients. You will also have excellent attention to detail when inputting details into the finance accounting system. The successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible to meet with the varying responsibilities and be analytical to problem solve and identify issues.
