Working with the VP Strategy Execution, the Brand Transformation Programme Coordinator role holds responsibility for providing a single view of all activity across the workstreams within the Brand Transformation Programme, building and sustaining momentum - driving delivery. The role is accountable for supporting workstream leads within the programme to deliver sustainable marketing, brand and website change and accelerating the delivery of results.  This will rely on clear understanding of marketing strategy, solutions and goals, documentation and communication of workstream information, excellent stakeholder engagement and solution based ways of working as well as monitoring of progress and identification of risks, issues concerns and appropriate escalation.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team, workstream teams to ensure marketing and brand programme solutions are defined and deadlines are achieved and/or emerging risks mitigated 
  • Guide and support stakeholders through the change management process and governance arrangements for the Brand Transformation Programme
  • Effectively communicate progress to the relevant stakeholder groups at agreed intervals, with a focus on milestone delivery, resource planning, forecasting and benefit realisation 
  • Support the VP Strategy Execution in managing programme level risk and act as an escalation point for workstream risks and issues
  • Support the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement and value driven solutions in levels of collaboration and communication across the programme of work 
  • Work in an integrated way with the marketing and technology team participating actively in the success of solution design and execution for brand and website transformation. 
  • Ensure that workstreams successfully transition to BAU
  • Support the VP Strategy Execution to manage projects lessons learned process; set-up post workstream go live review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the lessons learnt log. Analyse and summarise findings, report back to the senior leadership team, highlighting successes and proposing improvement opportunities as appropriate for other workstreams

Essential:

  • Understanding of Alcumus’ marketing and/or brand methodologies and strategy
  • Understanding of effective project, change, delivery and solution management
  • Experience of managing senior stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of building strong team relationships and setting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Experience of successfully implementing change management
  • Good business acumen 

Desirable:
