As a Business Development Executive you will see the outputs of your sales efforts and contribute towards our targets for 20% year on year growth in our new and existing product lines. You'll join a team that works from inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities meaning greater revenue potential for Alcumus. This role will have the opportunity to upsell and cross sell in a consultative manor.

You'll join our teams that sell our SafeContractor and SafeSupplier products to the contractor and supplier market.  You’ll receive full training through our comprehensive onboarding programme and will be set up for success to really understand our products and the customers we serve. 

What that means day to day

What you’ll need to be successful

  • You'll obtain and qualify leads via lead generation methods whilst working through the database of clients to talk to them through through both the  SafeContractor and SafeSupplier offerings. 
  • Talking to potential clients about what their needs are and how we can support them with a solution. You will also work with the client to obtain the right level of membership needed and sending out sales quotes.
  • Cleansing your sales data every week to make sure that all the information relating to the contractor is up to date. 

The business is high growth and agile, so we are looking for someone who can operate at pace with strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
