Job Title: Business Development Executive (Enterprise)
Salary: £22,000 + competitive OTE

What you’ll be focused on:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) you will be able to tangibly see the outputs of your efforts and contribute towards our targets for 20% year on year growth. This is a lead generation sales role, so the success candidate will use their subject matter expertise to generate new business opportunities and prospect potential Alcumus customers. This is a phone-based sales role, so will support our clients with the technical enquiries as well as pro-actively calling new client leads and following up on strategic marketing campaigns generate greater revenue potential for Alcumus as a whole.



What that means day to day:


• Proactively dialling outbound calls to relevant customers within our chosen market in order to consultatively sell out product solutions.
• Creating a number of sales opportunities by offering technical advice and solutions to H&S professionals across multiple sectors.
• Follow up campaigns where key decision makers have engaged with us as a business, making appointments either, face to face to via digital channels.
• Work closely with our field team by crossing selling opportunities for other services through a consultative approach
• Ensure that your CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the organisation
What you’ll need to be successful:
Alcumus is high growth and agile, so we are looking for someone who can operate at pace with strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.



You’ll have prior experience of:


• Extensive outbound sales experience
• Consistently hitting sales targets and KPI’s
• Use of LinkedIn within a sales aspect
• Excellent communication skills
• Managing your own lead pipeline
• CRM management
• Objection handling
• Ability to work to deadlines
