 An exciting opportunity for a creative marketing campaign self-starter who is a digital and social media native. You will be managing our content on our emails and social media channels. If you have a passion for sustainability in business and ambition to build a better future, this could be the role for you!

Working within a fast growth business you will be expected to support a smart and ambitious marketing team to grow the business with integrated marketing campaigns and results based social media activity. 

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial planning skills will ensure great success in this role. Reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager the opportunity to learn and grow your skill set is exponential in line with the businesses ambition. 

What that means day to day

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Social media strategy and plan creation and implementation.
  • Manage and implement acquisition marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and implement member retention and upsell campaigns.
  • Create content for all social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Meta.
  • Generate ideas to keep our social media channels fresh and exciting and have the ability to execute independently.
  • Be proactive when it comes to creating content, utilising trends and your social media expertise to ensure we are ahead of the curve. Additionally, come up with creative new ways to communicate our message in an engaging way.
  • Build the Planet Mark membership leveraging our existing customer and partnership base whilst supporting in growing our various channels.
  • Assist in building a social-first brand.
  • Assist in producing reports informing the team about key metrics.
  • Support with digital PR initiatives.
  • Excellent writing ability for crafting compelling and consistent messaging across all digital content and platforms.

  • Experience engaging with and building social community.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and style, with the ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences, platforms, and objectives.
  • Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Must have an eye for design and proof-reading skills. 
  • HubSpot experience preferred.
