Reporting to the HR Technical Team Manager the HR Advisor will be responsible for advising a portfolio of clients across different industries. The role is office based with the ability to work hybrid and will focus on providing remote HR Advice to all SafeWorkforce HR clients.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • To provide best in class customer focussed support for all customers providing competent HR advice and identifying the point of escalation to the HR Consultants & Senior HR Consultants as appropriate to fulfil the customer’s needs. 
  • Provide digital HR Advice and support such as maintaining and updating legally complaint HR documentation (Contract Statements, Employees Handbooks, Policies etc.) and general HR advice by phone, email, and digital call channels such as Teams and Skype. 
  • Provide legally compliant, pragmatic and commercial employment options by regular telephone and e-mail communication to their client base and other clients as required. 
  • Carry out digital training and review sessions utilising the latest technology on platforms such as Evalu-8 
  • Maintain and update all relevant on-line systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice given. 
  • Carry out upselling duties to our existing client base on additional Evalu-8 features, ancillaries and HR packages. 
  • Ensure selling opportunities are identified and passed to the relevant team within Alcumus. 
  • Plan and manage personal capacity in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager aligned with portfolio expectations. 
  • Participate and support business improvement by participating in technical input to proposals / quotations, development plans and service improvements

What you’ll get in return

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR & Employee relations
  • Ability to think and operate in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of delivering first class service and managing stakeholder expectations
  • CIPD Level 3
