Salary: £18,135 with performance related bonus
What you’ll be focused on:
Providing the business and external customers with a 24/7 telephone service for reporting accidents, incidents and employee absences, as well as handling reception calls and providing a 24/7 out of hours triage support line for other areas across Alcumus. For this roles shift pattern there is 1 week that is 12pm midnight to 8am
Information captured through IEX is provided to our customers within an actionable format to enable them to evidence their compliance with HSE RIDDOR guidelines and help them to reduce Health and Safety risks within the workplace.
What that means day to day:
Based in our Head Office, Nantgarw, the successful candidate will also be responsible for answering calls and providing a quality service that always ensures customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to carry out administrative duties that supports the operation of the Contact Centre and other departments. You will be compliant and ensure that highest quality standards are always met within Reportline.
What you’ll need to be successful:
The successful candidate will be an articulate, self-motivated professional with high ability for attention to detail. You will be Word and Excel proficient and able to provide first class customer service to clients. We are looking for a team player, yet someone with the independence to work on their own accord. You will be a self-starter, an effective communicator and be systems proficient. We are looking for an adaptable candidate who holds a hands-on approach
