We're recruiting for a Group Solicitor to support our global business through our inhouse Legal team. As a Group Solicitor, you'll support our ISOQAR and SafeContractor business areas, as well as central support teams. Our goal is to provide a first-class legal service to all business units.

The role is being offered on a part time basis, with flexibility and exact working days/times to be discussed.
What that means day to day
You'll provide consistent, accurate and commercially focussed legal advice to the Alcumus Group of companies; this will span across commercial contracts, GDPR, IP, M&A and general queries across the business. As part of your role, you'll engage with key stakeholders to support them in addressing legal implications and compliance issues, you'll negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial contracts and NDAs, and will have the opportunity to support the Director of Legal and Compliance in a multitude of projects. You'll also act as a point of support for junior members of the team.

- Review and update policies and processes.
- Supporting international law queries where needed.
Firstly, you'll be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in the commercial contracts market. You may also have experience of working in the global market whether that is in house or in a law firm.
You'll also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and will have a real growth mindset to support our business as we continue to grow through organic growth and also acquisition.
