This 5-day course is designed for delegates who have responsibility within a QMS or will be involved in the auditing of such systems. It will also benefit people who manage quality or purchasing within their organisations and wish to gain maximum benefit from the QMS audit process.

Before starting this course, delegates are expected to have a knowledge of the following quality management principles and concepts: The PDCA cycle, the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction, and the process approach used in quality management
