I have been working within the business for 18 months and have benefited from the excellent progression opportunities by earning two internal promotions.

My primary role at Alcumus is to support our hiring managers to find and recruit the right individual into the Sypol, ISOQAR and Info Exchange business areas.This can be done through a variety of methods including strategic headhunts, advertisement and networking. In addition to this, our Recruitment Team are involved in several wider projects including brand awarenessand reputation, and candidate experience.The types of roles I recruit for vary anywhere from a Lead Auditor in ISOQAR, to a Science Graduate in Sypol to an IT Configuration Specialist in Info-Exchange. Occasionally I will also recruit for the central services including Finance or The People Team.

As an Internal Recruiter at Alcumus, my role is to build excellent working relationships with both potential employees and key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a harmonious match between you and your new role/team. Recruiting for a variety of roles from specialist consultants through to sales, customer service and support positions, I am passionate about speaking with the best and brightest talent who are open to new opportunities within an award winning organisation that’s helping clients become safer, healthier and stronger.

My role at Alcumus is to support our hiring managers and senior leaders to find the best Sales & Marketing professionals and bring them into our business. Due to the candidate demographic I look at, I tend to use a variety of methods including strategic headhunts, advertisement and networking. I support and take part in additional projects with the wider people success team ranging from EVP (Employer brand) to candidate journey and virtual inductions.The types of roles I recruit for is mainly focused (but not limited to) senior sales and Marketing roles across Alcumus, but I will always be happy to help the business and the teams with any role that might need some additional capacity.
