We’re on an ambitious growth journey. The Commercial Recruitment Business Partner role will play an integral role in growing the sales and renewals teams across our SME division, sourcing roles from Executive to Senior level across a number of different product lines.
You will have access to an unrestricted LinkedIn recruiter license as well as numerous advertising platforms and CV search databases to enable you to provide a proactive service to your stakeholder across the business.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a confident and hands on recruitment business partner with 3+ years’ experience in a full cycle commercial recruitment role.
You will have a proven ability of proactively sourcing sales professionals at varying seniority and be confident managing volume requirements. You will be experienced in partnering and influencing senior hiring managers through the hiring cycle whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience is consistently achieved.
With a people focused approach, you will have high levels of integrity/confidentiality and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
