Job Title: Customer Success Manager 
Salary: Competitiven Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance
Location: Field Based , United Kingdom
 
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success (Account Management), the Customer Success Manager holds responsibility for managing  a range of Key Accounts, utilising account management methodologies to understand and support our Clients' strategy and challenges through the integration of Alcumus Services and Software. You will work seamlessly with the Alcumus Group to maximise revenue and profit growth

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Success/Key Account Manager with a depth of experience implementing successful key account management strategies and plans, whilst developing trusted relationships with clients and supporting their needs on an ongoing basis.
You will have confidence and integrity in your approach, with an ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation. Due to the nature of our business, high level of commercial acumen and ability to work with agility and at pace is also essential. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive an innovative approach toward achieving targets and driving revenue.
Experience in a commercial role within a SaaS business is required, and additionally experience within the COSHH and/or EHS industry would be highly advantageous but it is not essential.
