Job Title: Paid Media Manager

The Opportunity:

The Paid Media Manager holds responsibility for planning, implementing, and measuring integrated B2B Paid Media campaigns, primarily across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Working with the Product Marketing Managers to deliver a combination of direct response and branding campaigns in UK and North America.
  • Strategy and implementation of integrated Search, Display and Retargeting campaigns, driving quality traffic, leads and sales.
  • Optimise landing pages to improve quality scores, optimise conversion rates and maximise ROI
  • Strong analytics skills to continually improve campaign performance
  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to contribute to and execute the digital marketing strategy.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of working in a similar role in a B2B environment. The candidate will have a sound working knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing and will be able to demonstrate a creative and commercial acumen. The candidate will have experience of using Google Search Ads 360, excel, working knowledge of Unbounce, Optimizely (or similar) as well as a working knowledge of SEO. You will also have experience running paid media campaigns in North America (not essential) and have a marketing/business/technical based degree.

Process:
