Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Customer Marketing Manager is a pivotal strategic role within our organization. This position is instrumental in cultivating, nurturing, and expanding relationships with our customers through innovative marketing programs. The primary focus is to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy by developing and executing customer-centric initiatives.

Advanced English and French proficiency:
This requirement is necessary because in this role, you will need to interact with clients, partners, and/or our international subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, prioritizing customer-centric approaches.
  • Design and implement customer-centric programs aimed at driving renewals, referrals, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive customer programs to enhance attachment and engagement with the Alcumus SafeContractor brand and products.
  • Establish and manage customer advocacy programs to amplify successful customer outcomes, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

  • Experience in: Trello, Asana, HubSpot OR Salesforce, Survey Monkey
