The GTM Manager role holds responsibility for the successful delivery and commercialisation of the SafeContractor management product line in Canada as well as scoping. Working closely with the development team, Marketing, Product team and key stakeholders. 


Advanced English and French proficiency:
This requirement is necessary because in this role, you will need to interact with clients, partners, and/or our international subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing. 

What that means day-to-day:

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Management of all go to market activity for the SafeContractor Canada product set into our sales and marketing channels.
  • Creation and management of the GTM roadmap for products within the contractor management portfolio in Canada as well as focusing in on how these fit in with our overall global strategy.
  • Manage the full product go to market lifecycle from market analysis and sizing to value prop creation, personas and marketing launch.
  • Market intelligence – work with Marketing to develop deep understanding of competitors, market trends and technology trends
  • Sales enablement – work with Product and Marketing teams to develop and communicate the value proposition of products to the Sales team and develop sales tools that support selling.
  • Go to Market Strategy – work with Marketing to define and execute go to market strategy for new products and features
  • Effectiveness – working with Sales and Marketing teams on effectiveness of our proposition in the market and adapting and iterating our sales enablement, messaging and value props to address any gaps.
  • Partnering with our commercial, operational and subject matter expert teams to leverage the best commercial outcomes for our products

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 year Go to market / product marketing experience
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Highly developed influencing and relationship management skills 
  • Self-evaluation and measuring to ensure continued improvement 
  • Actively listen and ask questions to understand other people’s viewpoints, communicate issues promptly. 
  • Able to use data to directly persuade or address another person’s concerns. 
  • Have an ability to unearth customer insights and champion the voice of the client
  • Ability to size market opportunities and create business cases for choosing products, features and markets to prioritize 
  • Good understanding of how to use qualitative and quantitative research to drive product and marketing strategy
