In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the linchpin between our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring their needs are not just met, but surpassed. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with our sales team, ensuring any additional services required are swiftly communicated.

But that's not all – you'll be the beacon guiding large and complex projects to fruition, from the initial implementation stages right through to the final handover. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our implementation best practices, continuously developing and nurturing our team to greater heights.

Advanced English and French proficiency:
This requirement is necessary because in this role, you will need to interact with clients, partners, and/or our international subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing. 

What that means day-to-day:

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Collaborate with client onboarding specialists and implementation coordinators to ensure project adherence to standards and best practices.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineers to exchange insights on implementation best practices.
  • Lead management of large and complex projects to achieve strategic objectives for both Alcumus and customers, maintaining quality and value.
  • Ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines while managing projects.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing ongoing training and contributing to best practice documentation and procedures.

Required competencies 

  • Extensive and relevant experience in implementing or integrating SaaS software (e.g. ERP); 
  • Training and experience in project management; 
  • Experience in building strong customer relationships and managing stakeholder expectations; 
  • Excellent communication skills;  
  • Ability to present confidently and effectively at high levels, influencing customer thinking; 
  • Bilingualism French/English, spoken and written mandatory;  
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint).
