We are seeking a talented and experienced D365 Solutions/Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of complex CRM/Sales solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your primary focus will be on understanding requirements, architecting scalable solutions to global user base, and providing technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions that align with industry best practices and business objectives.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop high-level and detailed technical design documentation, including data models, architecture diagrams, and system integrations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other business applications and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and enhancements, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 CRM, providing technical guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient solutions using C#, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM implementation methodologies, tools, and processes to streamline project delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll get in return

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Extensive experience with CRM architecture design, including solution design, data modelling, and system integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,) and Azure services is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with messaging patterns and enterprise integration using Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred.
