We specialise in Quality Management implementation with a main focus on bRC Global Food Standard and ISO 9001:2008. We have first hand experience of implementing bRC and achieving AA grades as well as obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification across a number of industry sectors. With hands on Director level experience we have the ability to advise on Leadership Risk Assessment and ensuring your business runs on a continuous improvement basis. Knowledge of establishing a board and introducing the requirements of Governance in small family run companies allows us to also support this type of implementation.
