Reviewing your current situation
When you get one our consultants on-board, you’ll be able to benefit from them carrying out a comprehensive analysis of your current practices and procedures.
Health & Safety
This will involve a site(s) inspection so we can take an in-depth look at your current Health & Safety Management system against current legislation, regulation and best practice.
HR
We’ll do a full review of your current HR practices which can be done either face to face or via teams.
These reviews will allow you to get a fresh perspective on your current operations and get an expert view of the areas where you could be falling short.

Gap Analysis and Action Plans
Once our reviews are completed you can expect to receive structured practical help and guidance on how to improve areas where you may be currently opening yourself up to undue risk.
Health & Safety
You’ll receive a report which will identify any shortfalls in your current practices. Your dedicated consultant will then work with you on a list of recommendations for remedial actions you’ll need to take to meet current regulation requirements. We will then offer you a follow up visit to review your progress against the actions required.
HR
We will walk you through our list of recommendations and create an action plan in partnership with you to help you manage any required change.

We’ll provide you with not only your standard Health & Safety Policy but also a Policy which you can use as part of any tender process you’re going through. We’ll also create your Code of Conduct Handbook for employees, contractors and sub-contractors. We’ll also provide guidance and support on any changes needed for your existing Health & Safety documents.
HR
With this package we can either create or update your existing employee contracts and employee handbooks. You’ll also have unlimited support when it comes to drafting or reviewing existing HR policies and procedures.
